The National Client Caseload Information System (NCCIS) Submission tab gives you a view of the submitted data for your NCCIS returns. From here, you can view counts, errors, and warnings across the different submission sections, and add custom submissions.
đ¤ Note: Access to the NCCIS Submission tab and the ability to filter by Local Education Authority (LEA) depends on your user permissions. Contact your system administrator if options are not available to you.
Summary Data
The Summary Data tab displays the top-level counts of the records in the different sections of the NCCIS submission pages. These counts give you a quick overview of how many records are included in each part of the submission, helping you identify any areas that may need attention before submitting.
By default, all data is displayed across all LEAs. To filter the data by a specific LEA:
Select the required LEA from the drop-down list. The counts update to show data for the selected LEA only.
đ¤ Note: The LEAs available in the drop-down list are determined by your user permissions. If you cannot see a specific LEA, contact your system administrator.
