The Priority Updates panel displays the number of errors and warnings at top level that need addressing, based on the most recent submission. The errors and warnings displayed here are controlled within the Configuration options.
The following error and warning types are shown:
CCIS (Common Client Information System): Outstanding CCIS Priority 1
Errors, Outstanding CCIS Priority 2 Errors, and Outstanding CCIS Warnings.
NCCIS (National Client Caseload Information System): Outstanding NCCIS P1 Errors, Outstanding NCCIS P2 Errors, and Outstanding NCCIS Warnings.
Progress panel
The Progress panel displays the status of the NCCIS submission, for example, Processing or Completed. When a submission is complete, it displays the name of the person who ran it and the date it was last completed.
Large jobs and the Job Runner
To maintain system performance, large operations are offloaded to the Job Runner service and run in the background.
đ¤ Tip: To track a large job, select the My Jobs icon on the Quick Links toolbar. The Summary tab gives a top-level view of outstanding errors and warnings and the status of your submissions.
