Core+ Configuration: Person

You can change configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.

  1. Click Administration, then click Configuration.

  2. Click the System tab.

⚠️Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users and data within your live Core+ system.

The following are configurable:

Display Primary Entity On Search

On the person search grid, it indicates whether the person's primary entity displays instead of initials, rule matches and search weighting.

Person pop-up shows results if Filters are specified

Specifies whether the Person pop-up will show a result list if filter parameters have been specified via screen design when first displayed. This is useful if you wish to restrict the types of Person records users can select from the Person Lookup, for example, if a Practitioner is selected, only Practitioner-type Person records will be displayed.

Person primary entity member type

Select the Member_Type_Code value that should be used to determine the primary Entity for a Person.

Person pop-up allows 'New Person' pop-up

Determines whether a basic 'Person' record can be created via the 'Select Person' pop-up.
