You can change S.M.A.S.H. configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Access Core+ to meet your requirements.
These are found in the administration menu.
⚠️ Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users and data within your live Access Core+ system.
Click Administration, then click Configuration.
Click the S.M.A.S.H. tab.
Configuration options
The following options are configurable in the tab.
Allow multiple cases per YP | Specifies whether a young person can have multiple S.M.A.S.H cases.
It is recommended that this be set to No, so users can see a history of actions within the S.M.A.S.H. case for a young person. |
Episode Tab Display Mode | Select the display mode for tabs on the Episode Details page from the drop-down list. |
Lock Episode Registration Fields | Select whether registration fields pregnant, injecting are locked down once set from the drop-down list. |
Lockdown Closed Episodes | Select whether the episode is made read-only once the episode closure process is completed from the drop-down list. |
Re-Open Episode Allowed | Select whether an episode can be reopened once the episode closure process is completed from the drop-down list. |
YPOR Pre-population | Select which YPORs are pre-populated from substance records and episode data from the drop-down list. |
Create Records using Quick Entry | Using the check boxes, specify the records that can be created via ‘quick entry’ without opening the new record page. |
Days' first Outcome is Due | Enter the number of days after a S.M.A.S.H. episode was created when an outcome. for example YPOR, is due. |
Outcome and Review Frequency | Enter the frequency in months that subsequent outcomes and reviews are due. |
Create History records for Referrals and Substances | Select from the drop-down list if certain records should create a history record when the record has been updated. |
Set the Smash Referral Date Source for NDTMS | Select whether to set the referral date from the decision date or from the referral date on the drop-down list. |
