You can change Drop-in Module configuration options to modify the behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.
Click Administration, then click Configuration.
Click the Drop-in Module tab.
⚠️Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users and data within your live Core+ system.
The following options are configurable:
Drop-in Linked Record Field Copy Mode | Select the copy mode for drop-in linked record fields from the drop-down list. |
Drop-in Anon Results Number of Days | Enter the number of days of anonymous drop-in statistics to return (based on Created date) in the result set for the anonymous statistics list grid within the Drop-in module of Core+. |
Drop-in Session Exit Mode | Select the page to redirect to upon exiting the drop-in session details page from the drop-down list. |
Set Sorting Order for Drop-in Waiting List | Select the Sorting order for the drop-in Waiting List Grid from the drop-down list. |
