Configuration Projects & Sessions

You can change the Project and Sessions configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.

  1. Click Administration, then click Configuration.

  2. Click the Projects & Sessions tab.

Warning: Changing the configuration settings can affect users and data within your live Core+ system.

The following options are configurable:

Start Date Range Default Financial Year

Specifies whether the start date on the YsProject/YsSession search defaults to the current financial year.

End Date Range Default Financial Year

Specifies whether the end date on the YsProject/YsSession search defaults to the current financial year.

Project Date Status Default Filter

Specifies the default value for the date status filter on the project search page. For example, All, Active, Closed or Future.

Session Date Status Default Filter

Specifies the default value for the date status filter on the session search page. For example, All, Active, Closed or Future.

Ys Attendance Data Warning

Select how the user is warned/restricted if attempt to create a non/non-attendance record that conflicts with another from the drop-down list.

New Session Copy ECM From Project

Select from the drop-down list how the ECM lookups that have been selected on a project are copied when creating a new session

New Sub-Session Copy ECM From Session

Select from the drop-down list how the ECM lookups that have been selected on a project are copied when creating a new sub-session

Session Outcome Prompt: Adding Attendance

Specifies whether the prompt, if a Young Person has an outcome after adding an Attendance, is displayed.

Quick Attendance Prompt Sign Out

Specifies whether to prompt users to sign a young person out if they are already signed in upon entering them into the Quick Attendance page.

Quick Attendance Wrong Day Action

From the drop-down list, select what action to take when a young person who is attempting to attend a session on the wrong day is added via the Quick Attendance screen.

Quick Attendance Membership Expired Action

From the drop-down list, select what action to take when a young person with an expired membership is added to session attendance via the Quick Attendance screen.

Project Hide Future Sessions Default

From the drop-down list, select whether future sessions should be hidden on the sessions list page by default (projects section).

Show All Recorded/Accredited Outcomes

Controls the default state of the checkbox for Project, Session and Sub-sessions recorded and accredited outcomes. When false, only Working Towards records are displayed.

Screen design project details by type

Controls whether the screen design for the Project Details page is specific to the type of project.

Default Session Delivery Entity To Project Entity

When creating a new session, this option enables you to default the session to the parent project entity. This is useful if you create a lot of sessions in advance.

Allow Session Attendance for future sessions

Controls the default state of the checkbox for Project, Session and Sub-sessions recorded and accredited outcomes, when false, only Working Towards records are displayed.

Disable the grid paging within the project history pop-up grid

This option controls the grid paging when viewing attendees from Project History.

YP with Warning Indicator added to Session Attendance - Internal Message Subject

Enables you to enter the subject of the message that will be sent to the Project Responsible Worker when a young person with a warning indicator is added as a session attendee. If no value is specified, a message will not be sent.

YP with Warning Indicator added to Session Attendance - Internal Message Sender

Enables you to select the sender of the message that will be sent to the Project Responsible Worker when a young person with a warning indicator is added as a session attendee.
