You can change YOT configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.

  2. Click the YOT tab.

⚠️Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users and data within your live Core+ system.

The following options are configurable:

Select from the drop-down list whether the scaled approach header bar is visible in the YOT header.

YOT My Cases Intervention Programme Dates

Select how the specified start and end dates are defined for prepopulating on My Cases from the drop-down list. This will affect the Closed Date Filter. It is recommended that this be set to None so both Intervention and Case Level allocations are included.

Filter YOT My Cases by the Closed Date

Controls whether YOT My Cases is filtered by the Closed Date instead of the Official End Date.

YOT Outcome Code For No Outcome

Specifies the YOT Outcome code that is used to create an Intervention Programme with No Outcome (The No outcome is created when a new intervention is saved). Useful if the service is recording programmes (for example, Prevention) that do not have an outcome.

Period (in days) during which the Intervention Programme Contact Frequency History can be deleted after it is created

Select the number of days during which the Intervention Programme Contact Frequency History can be deleted following its creation from the drop-down list. No deletion is allowed once the specified period has elapsed.
Unrestricted can also be selected.

YOT offences checkbox to show unresolved outcomes only

This option enables you to default the YOT Offences dialogue, which appears via Court Hearing, Offences tab, Modify Offences, to only show those Offences that do not have an Outcome.

YOT Case Worker Recipients for Internal Messages

This option enables you to select the default case worker recipients for internal messages. Select from All Case Workers or Primary Case Worker
