When a YOT contact is linked to an intervention programme, and this programme is deleted, the contact linked is also deleted.
To delete an intervention without deleting the contacts linked to it, you must first unlink the contacts.
Click the YOT Contacts menu item.
Click the X next to the Intervention Programme field.
This will unlink the contact from the intervention programme.
Intervention programme not visible
If the intervention programme field is not visible, option the screen designer and add the following fields.

YotInterventionProgrammeLBL
Already deleted the programme
If you have already deleted a programme, along with the contacts, this can be reversed by our support team.
