Using the undelete feature in Core+ can restore the deleted outcome and intervention. Please see the steps -
Go to the YP Basic Details screen.
Select Add to Bookmark.
Add to a New Bookmark.
Save Bookmark as 'Client to undelete'.
Open Admin Tools.
Select 'Undelete Process'.
Update 'From Bookmark > Load Bookmark > Select Client to undelete.
The client's details should then load.
