The following are the possible configuration values which can be used for the MSGINMODE config:
Integer (0-31) = Sum of values to match the customer requirement.
1 = Default (CCIS Caseload etc),
2 = YJ (Youth Justice) Case Coordinator,
4 = YJ Case Worker,
8 = Most Recent SMS Intervention,
16 = Holiday Cover
For example, if the config code is set to 8, it will notify the Practitioner_Person_Ref of the most recent intervention created for a YP that matches the intervention type code set against the message account config. (LU_MESSAGE_ACCOUNT_CONFIG, Message_Config_Code = INTERVTYPE). If no intervention exists that matches these settings, then no one will be notified.
You would need to make sure that there is an intervention code against the message account, the YP in question has an intervention that matches this and if an intervention does have a suitable person to notify.
