Core+ Configuration: Entity

You can change entity configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.

  1. Click Administration, then click Configuration.

  2. Click the Entity tab.

⚠️Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users and data within your live Core+ system.

The following options are configurable:

Entity Screen Person Contact Telephone Columns

On the Entity page, it indicates what telephone columns display on the person grid.

Entity pop-up shows results if Filters are specified

Specifies whether the Entity pop-up will show a result list if filter parameters have been specified via screen design when first displayed. This is useful if you wish to restrict the types of entity records users can select from the Entity Lookup, for example, if school is selected, only school-type records. The entity records will be displayed.

Entity pop-up allows the 'New Entity' pop-up

Determines whether a basic 'Entity' record can be created via the 'Select Entity' pop-up.
