View all interventions in the scrollable list

How to use the Interventions (Alt) screen to review all of a young person's interventions in one continuous list.

Written by Erica

The Interventions (Alt) screen lets you review all of a young person's interventions in one place, without navigating between individual records. It presents all intervention records in a continuously scrolling list and automatically loads more records as you scroll.

The screen is available from the Young Person menu, once it has been added to your role.

Make the screen available

The Interventions (Alt) screen is a new menu item. Before users can access it, a system administrator needs to add the menu item to the applicable roles.

⚠️ Important: You need administrator permissions to add the menu item to roles.

  1. In Administration, click Roles.

  2. Select the role.

  3. Select the Menu tab.

  4. Locate the Young Person, then intervention menu item.

  5. Use the arrow to assign it to the role.

What each entry shows

Each entry in the list shows:

  • The intervention date and time.

  • Type.

  • Practitioner name.

  • Duration.

  • Details.

Search and filter the list

You can narrow the list to find the records you need:

  • Use the search function across the intervention type, practitioner, and details fields.

  • Use the date range filter to narrow results.

📌 Note: Your existing intervention permissions are respected throughout the screen.
