You can check these, which are tied to the following:
User Account - This is just for the MI Admin Tools Screen.
Role - Permissions Tab - Not as common a factor, but various menu items like Reporting are affected.
Role - Menu Tab - Everything on the left is not visible; everything on the right is visible.
Menu Admin - This screen can decide whether a menu item is enabled or not.
In the rare occurrence that we have introduced something new in a notification, and these options don't show that menu item, the system will likely need to be upgraded to the newest version to receive it.
