From the Administration menu, click Roles. The User Role Search page will be displayed, listing all current Roles.
Enter a name into the Role Name search field and click Search on the page footer to search for an existing role.
Click on the row containing the Role you wish to assign menu items to.
Click the Menu tab.
Available Menu Items unassigned to the Role are displayed in the left-hand column, and Current Menu Items assigned to the Role are displayed in the right-hand column.
Select the menu item you wish to assign to this Role from the left-hand column.
If you wish to select multiple menu items, first select one, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select additional items.
Click the single arrow icon to move the menu items to the right-hand column.
Click the double arrow icon to move all menu items.
Unassign Menu Items from Roles
Select the menu items you wish to unassign from this Role from the right-hand column.
If you wish to select multiple menu items, first select one, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select additional items.
Click the single arrow icon to move the menu items to the left-hand column.
Click the double arrow icon to move all menu items.
Copy Menu Items to a different Role
Current menu items assigned to the selected role can be copied to a different role in bulk.
Click the Copy Menu Items button to open the Role Lookup Selection.
Search for and select the required Role.
Change the details as required.
Click Save.
