Add access to the Report Manager application

This article explains how to gain access to the Report Manager application.

To access the new web-based Report Import application, you must be given access to the Report Import menu item within your Role.

To add this menu item to your role, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Administration menu set and click the Roles menu item.

  2. Click on your Role.

  3. Click the Menu tab within the Role screen.

  4. Locate the Report Manager menu item under the Admin Tools section and, using the selector arrow, move the menu item to the right-hand box.

  5. Click the Permissions tab within the Role screen.

  6. Locate the permission named Crystal Report (located beneath the Reporting section header).

  7. Select the required Permission as outlined below.

  8. Press Save.

  9. You will now be able to access the application.

Enable or Disable Report

Delete Report

DELETE

Edit Reports (via the edit button on grid rows)
