Core+ enables system administrators to create bespoke reports within Crystal Reports that can be imported into Core+ to be run independently of the Crystal Reports application.
π€Tip: When implementing new screen designs or recording processes, it is always helpful to consider how the data will be reported.
Click Open Report from the Reporting menu to display the Reporting Categories page.
Click a Category to display all associated reports.
Enter a value into the Search field to return all matching reports you have permission to view.
Click on the required report to open the Queued Report page.
Select Report Format - Use the Lookup selection to select the format in which the report should be produced. Select from:
Adobe PDF Format.
Crystal Report Format.
Microsoft Excel Data-Only Format.
MS Excel Format.
MS Word Format RTF Format.
Select Queue Priority - Use the Lookup selection to select the priority your report will take in the report queue.
Run Report After - If applicable, the date and time can be specified. If a value is set, Core+ will not process this report until after this date and time.
If you specify a specific date range within your report, it will be this date range that is used whenever the report is run. When creating a schedule, this will continue to run until the schedule is deleted.
Please specify values for the following Parameters - Depending on your report, specific parameter values may have to be entered. Parameters allow different users to specify different criteria for the returned data. Parameters can be anything from a date range to a specific YP_REF.
To send a notification upon completion of a report, select the check box and enter an appropriate email address into the Send Email on Report Success/Failure to address field. This option is only available if a Messaging Service is enabled against your Core+ installation.
Select the Add report to schedule check box to add this report to your reporting schedule.
Click Save. The report will be added to the Processed Reports.
If the Add To Report Schedule check box has been selected, the Scheduled Report page will be displayed.
Select How Often the report should be run from the Lookup Selection.
Enter the report Schedule Time.
Click Save. The report will be added to the Queued Reports.
Report Queue
Click Queued Reports from the Reporting menu to display the report queue.
Click Refresh to refresh the list.
Click the Go To Processed Reports button to navigate to the Processed Reports page.
