Selection criteria in the Erase Delete tool

Choose the top-level and module records to process, and save or load selection criteria in the Erase Delete tool.

Written by Erica

Selection criteria let you refine your records and choose which top-level and sub-level records to delete, undelete, or erase. Save your selections as criteria and load pre-defined criteria to reuse them. Only modules you have permission to access are available.

For example, if a Young Person has a Youth Justice Case attached to their record, selecting the Youth Justice checkbox automatically selects the Youth Justice records for processing and leaves the top-level Young Person record active. Remove any individual Youth Justice records by clearing the relevant checkboxes.

To sort, right-click a column header and select your preferred sort option.

🤓Tip: Any records that fall outside the main groups can be found in the Common node.
