Referrals in the CCIS Caseload Manager

See young people referred to and by you, and move referrals to your current caseload using the Caseload Manager.

The Caseload Manager lets you view young people referred to you or by you, and move referrals into your current caseload. You must be named as either the Referral to Person or the Referred By Person on the relevant referral page for records to appear.

Referral views

The Caseload Manager includes two referral views:

Description

Referrals To You

Young people referred to you via the Referral or Alternative Referral (Alt Referral) pages, where you are named as the Referral to Person.

Referrals Made By You

Young people you have referred to another Person record, where you are named as the Referred By Person.


Move a referral to your caseload

Once you have found a young person in Referrals To You, you can move them into your current caseload using the Actions menu. The Actions option is only available when you are viewing Referrals To You.

  1. Select the young person.

  2. Select Actions, then select Referrals to Me, then select Move Selected to Current Caseload.
