You can view your own caseloads, your team's caseloads, or all caseloads depends on your permissions. Your caseload permission level controls which caseloads you can view in CCIS.
Permission requirements
Your caseload permission level is configured on your user role.
Permission level | What you can view |
Standard Use Only | Your own caseloads only. |
Caseload Manager | Your team's caseloads, if permitted, which you can also manage. |
Full Caseload Admin | All caseloads. |
Shielding Mode | Depends on your shielding setting. Caseload Shielding: shows only the young people on your caseload. Admin Override: shows all caseloads. |
Open the Caseload Manager
The Caseload Manager opens in a new window and displays all young people on your caseload, including their current destinations and FUP (Follow-Up) status.
Select the View Caseloads icon on the Quick Links toolbar.

Use these controls to choose which caseload to view.
Control | Description |
Adviser | Defaults to you. You can change it if your permissions allow. |
Select Caseload | Choose a caseload from the drop-down, then click Go. |
Include Inactive | Select this to show caseloads marked as Deactivated in Caseload Admin. |
Open a young person's record
Select a young person's row to load their record.
Choose the Landing Page from the list to open the record at a specific page.
You can act on a young person directly from their row using the following icons:
Create Referral.
Create New Intervention.
Confirm Destination.
Record Information.
View another user's caseload
You need Full Caseload Admin permissions to view caseloads assigned to another user.
Select User Tools, then select Caseload Admin.
Search for a person, then select Go.
Select the + icon to expand a caseload and see the young people within it.
Select Include Inactive to show inactive caseloads.
