Add, remove, and reallocate young people on a CCIS caseload

Change caseload membership from the Caseload Manager, without creating or deleting the caseload itself.

From the Common Client Information System (CCIS) Caseload Manager, you can change who is on a caseload. These steps do not create or delete the caseload itself.

You need Caseload Manager or Full Caseload Admin permissions to perform these actions. Your permission level is configured on your user role.

Add a young person

Add a young person to your caseload directly from the Caseload Manager.

  1. Click Add Young Person to open the Young Person lookup. This is a search panel to find a young person's record.

  2. Select the young person.

  3. Choose the Reason.

  4. Click Confirm Add.

📌 Note: The young person's record now appears in the grid.

Remove young people

remove one or more young people from a caseload when they no longer need to be assigned to it. Removing a young person from a caseload affects their caseload record. Make sure you select the correct records before confirming.

  1. Select the records.

  2. Click Remove Selected.

  3. Choose the Reason.

  4. Click Confirm Remove.

Reallocate young people

move one or more young people from the current caseload to a different one. Reallocating moves the young person to a different caseload. This action cannot be undone from this screen.

  1. Select the records.

  2. Click Reallocate.

  3. Search for the destination caseload, then select it.

  4. Choose the Reason.

  5. Click Confirm Reallocation.
