You can set up RONI fields on your young person screens, record scores over time, and import RONI information from a source file using the Data Management tool. This lets MI Administrators bring RONI data into Core+ rather than entering it manually. Before RONI fields appear on screen, they need to be added via Screen Designer.
⚠️ Important: You need permission to access Screen Designer to complete the setup sections below.
Add the RONI score field to the basic details screen
You can use Screen Designer to add the RONI score field to a young person's basic details screen. The field is named RONI Score (YpRoniScoreCBED).
On the young person's basic details screen, click the screen design icon in the top-right toolbar.
The screen changes to screen design mode.
Add the RONI Score field, named YpRoniScoreCBED.
Once you're happy with its location, click Save.
Add and record scores on the RONI Score Details page
Once the RONI Score field is on the basic details screen, you can click into the RONI scoring to record scores over time.
Click the information icon on the right-hand side of the RONI Score field.
The RONI Score Details page opens, where you can record multiple RONI records to show the RONI data over time.
Add fields to the RONI Score Details page
To add new fields to the RONI Score Details page, a system administrator with Screen Designer permissions needs to open a RONI record first.
⚠️ Important: You need Screen Designer permissions to add fields.
On the RONI Score Details page, click New RONI Score.
On the RONI detail screen, open Screen Designer.
Add any new fields required.
The following fields are available to add: Absence Score, Exclusion Score, CLA Score, CIN Score, FSM Score, Absence Percentage, and the associated flag fields.
🤓 Tip: You can also add these fields to the RONI Score list grid using the Grid Designer.
Import RONI information using Data Management
You can import RONI information using the Data Management tool. To open it, click Admin Tools, then click Data Management. Map the following fields from your source file:
RONI Date.
RONI Code.
RONI Score.
Absence Score.
Exclusion Score.
CLA Score.
CIN Score.
FSM Score.
