System Administrators can upload locally defined templates to support users when completing assessments for young people. These templates can be uploaded into Core+ and selected by practitioners via the AssetPlus Download Blank Assessment button.
To manage the templates provided within the AssetPlus Download Blank Assessment button, the new AssetPlus Blank Templates menu item within the Administration menu group must be assigned to the appropriate role or roles.
From the Administration menu, select Roles.
Select the required Role.
Click on the Menu tab.
From the available menu items, click on Administration, AssetPlus Blank Templates and move the menu item into the right-hand column.
This will allow all users within that role to manage which templates are available for AssetPlus practitioners to access.
Upload custom templates
From the Administration menu, select AssetPlus Blank Templates.
The AssetPlus Blank Template Admin page will be displayed with the current AssetPlus templates listed in a grid format, including the template description, file name, type (system or custom) and template status.System and custom templates can be downloaded by clicking the Download icon on the corresponding row. This will download the selected file to your downloads folder.
System and custom templates can be enabled or disabled by clicking the Enable or Disable icon on the corresponding row.
Custom templates can be edited by clicking the Edit icon on the corresponding row. Editing a custom form will overwrite the existing file.
Custom templates can be deleted by clicking the Delete icon on the corresponding row.
Click the New AssetPlus Template button on the page footer to upload a new custom template.
The Upload Template dialogue will be displayed.Click the Select File button to navigate to and select the custom template to be uploaded.
The Description field will automatically populate with the file name; this can be changed if required.Click the Upload button.
The uploaded form will be visible in the AssetPlus Blank Template grid and can now be selected by AssetPlus practitioners.
