Hiding Roles in Core+
Roles can be hidden or disabled within Core+ if required.
From the Administration menu select Roles.
The User Role Search page will be displayed listing all current Roles.
Enter a name into the Role Name search field and click the Search button on the page footer to search for the Role you wish to hide.
Click on the Role Name to open the Role details page.
Enter a tilde character anywhere within the Role Description field.
Click Save.
