You can change Messaging Server configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.
Click Administration, then click Configuration.
Click the Messaging Server tab.
Warning: Changing the configuration settings can affect users and data within your live Core+ system.
The following options are configurable:
Messaging Server Max SMS Body Length | Enter the maximum length allowed for outgoing SMS messages. |
Messaging Server Max SMS Body Exceeded Action | Select what action is taken when a message exceeds the maximum length allowed from the drop-down list. |
