Create a School Entity
To create the schools in Core+, you need to navigate to the Entities menu and create a new Entity record. This should include the School LEA (Local Education Authority).
School Type Count Type
The School must also have a Count Type added to Core+ so the CCIS MI Tool (Client Case Information System) knows what type of educational establishment the record relates to. The School Type count types are available within the CCIS Count Types guide below.

ESTCODE Count Type
Every school entity record also requires an ESTCODE count type added to Core+.
This follows the same process as adding a normal Count Type; however, the count type is entered into the Count Type category below:
Count Type Category: CCIS
Table: ESTCODE
The Lookup Code/Reference relates to the Entity record reference number.
The Count Type is the ESTCODE
The Description can be the name of the school to make searching easier.
