Where the CCIS side of things use the Count Type Code as the most important factor for sending data through.

The YOT side of the system uses the Count Type's description, so it's vital that the description for the Count Types mirrors this and are spelled 100% correctly.

This includes:
Ensuring that there are no trailing spaces at the beginning and end of the description field.
There aren't any double spaces between words.
Finally the use of hyphens can occasionally mess things up when copied and pasted directly into the field, especially when the text is taken from Microsoft Word. If any descriptions contain hyphens, please clear the letter surrounding it and re-type in normally - this should minimize the chances of them going wrong.
