⚠️Important: This occurs due to the start date or the verification dates of the activity not being in the current academic school year.

⚠️Important: Start dates and verified dates need to be in the current academic year to make the YP destination current

  1. Update the YP's destination to ensure it is current for this year's academic year.

  2. The start date must be greater than 01/09/2021 and verified within this current academic year, also (any time after 01/09/2022 to the end of May for the May CCIS data)

  3. In Core+, you will need to reconfirm these destinations for the YP and ensure their new destinations have a start date, created date, and MI Count date all within May to be included in the May data.

  4. Once you have made these updates, you will need to rerun the May MI data and regenerate the XML file and submit it to NCCIS.
