In order to reset a user's Citrix password and/or unlock the account in question, please contact the support desk online and reference the title of this article.
โ ๏ธImportant: When raising your case, please include your Citrix login name so we can locate your account. If you're raising a password reset on someone's behalf, please include their email address so we can send the new password to that person.
๐Note: For security reasons, we do not provide passwords over the phone or on the case; they will be sent via email to the person whose password has been reset.
โ ๏ธImportant: If your Citrix login is a shared account and regularly locks, we would suggest that you ensure that all users who share the account have automatic password functionality within their browser switched off, and we would also suggest that all users be made aware of password changes at the point of receipt.
