If you're having trouble logging in, please check with your system administrator to see if your account is locked.
Ask the system administrator to check that the password attempts in Authentication aren't 0 and can be reset first. If that still doesn't work, proceed with the steps below.

To unlock the account:
Click on Admin.
Click on Users.
Select the user.
Click Change Password.
Enter the new password.
Select Set Account as active.
Force password change on next login.
Click OK.
