Core+ Password reset

In this article, we will explain how you can reset your password withing Core+.

If you're having trouble logging in, please check with your system administrator to see if your account is locked.

Ask the system administrator to check that the password attempts in Authentication aren't 0 and can be reset first. If that still doesn't work, proceed with the steps below.

To unlock the account:

  1. Click on Admin.

  2. Click on Users.

  3. Select the user.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter the new password.

  6. Select Set Account as active.

  7. Force password change on next login.

  8. Click OK.
