Citrix: I can't see my local drives within Citrix applications

In this article, it will explain how to resolve your issue when you can't see your local drives within the Citrix application.

⚠️Important: You may need to clear your browser cache. The way to do this can vary between browsers, and can generally be found by searching with a search engine.

For our recommended browser (Microsoft Edge), you can do this by clicking into Settings, Privacy, Search and Services, and then clear browser cache.

Additionally, you may need to reset Citrix Workspace. To do this, you will need to do the following:

  1. right-click the Citrix icon in the system tray (usually found at the bottom right of your work screen),

  2. Select Advanced Preferences, Reset Citrix Workspace.

  3. Once done, and you open the app, you should be presented with a Citrix Workspace - Security Warning dialogue. You will need to select the Permit all access option, or your local drives will be blocked.
