The Data tab shows the data held within a table that you select in the left-hand Tables pane. You can filter the records, save results to a bookmark, or export them.
View table data
Click Export to export all or selected results to an XLSX or comma-separated values (CSV) format. See the Export data to XLSX or CSV article.
Click Bookmark to export all or selected results to a new bookmark, or to append to an existing bookmark. The Bookmark dialog is displayed.
By default, 30 records are displayed in the table. You can change this to show 15 or 60 records by selecting the required number from the bottom of the page.

Select the bookmark Type.
Select New Bookmark to create a new bookmark.
Select Append to existing to display the Load Bookmark option, enabling you to select the required bookmark. Once selected, the bookmark reference is displayed in the dialog.
Click Confirm.
Filter data
The search fields below the column headers can be used to filter the results returned and run basic queries on a table without needing to use the Structured Query Language (SQL) view.
As you filter the columns, the Create Filter bar updates to show the applied conditions. If the Include Deleted Records toggle is on, deleted records are also included in the filtered results.
Click the Create Filter bar to open the Filter Builder in a new window.
In the Filter Builder:
Click And to change the current operator.
Click + to add a condition, or a group with its own conditions, to the filter.
Click x to remove a condition or group.
Click the data field name to select the required data field.
Click Equals to select the comparison operator for your filter.
Enter the Value into the field.
Click OK to close the Filter Builder and apply the filter to the table.
