Power BI reporting can be set up against Core+ databases. However, Access does not support Power BI as an application. Our support is limited to ensuring that Core+ and Sybase databases are functioning correctly.

📌 Note: Sybase is the underlying database engine used by Core+. Access supports the Sybase server infrastructure, but not any third-party reporting tools connected to it.

What we support

  • Ensuring Core+ servers are functioning correctly.

  • Ensuring Sybase database servers are functioning correctly.

What we don't support

  • Power BI configuration, setup, or troubleshooting.

  • Third-party reporting tools connected to Core+ databases.

  • Data modelling or report design within Power BI.
