Query Tool not starting

Please follow the steps to complete checks for the roles and permissions of the user.

  1. Navigate to Home.

  2. Click Administration.

  3. Click Configuration.

  4. Select Query Tool.

Once you have done that, please follow the steps below again so we can then move to check the settings.

  1. Navigate to Home.

  2. Click Administration.

  3. Click Roles.

  4. Select your Role.

  5. Click Permissions.

  6. Select Query Tool.

  7. Check that you have all selected for it.

Once you have checked this over, it should then work as it should work as normal.
