Email address on connectivity isn’t validated

This article explains what to do when your email address on connectivity isn't validated.

You will need to ensure that the user's User record contains a populated YJB Connectivity Email Address. Follow these steps to do so;

  • Click into Administration, Users.

  • Select the user who is receiving this error.

  • From the Basic Details tab, just input their email address into the YJB Connectivity Email Address field.
