The September Guarantee section of the Young Person CCIS page now displays the data based on a config value that will use the Grace Period for guarantee recording.
This feature uses a config that can be set by following the steps below.
Click the Administration menu set and then click the Configuration menu
Click the Young Person Configuration tab
Locate the Config Grace Period for September Guarantee / Offer Status. You can click the checkbox to enable.
If the Config is enabled, it will now take into account the set grace period for the following fields:

SeptemberGuaranteeDescriptionValueLBL
SeptemberGuaranteeProviderValueLBL
SeptemberGuaranteeStatusValueLBL
The value for the Grace Period (GTEEGRPER) can be configured by us. If you require this, please raise a new case and reference this article.
The September Guarantee grace period will take into account September Guarantee records that have a status date of 1 September until the end of the Grace Period. This will then continue to include the September Guarantee records for the current reporting year.
