Within Core+, it is possible to shield YP records from as many users as needed.
To do this, go into the YP record in question and select the Data Protection sub menu. From here, you can create new Data Protection rules.
SHIELDED - This will shield the YP record from all users except for any users specified.
SHIELDUSER - This will shield the YP record from only the users specified.
It is also worth noting that admins may have an override to any shielded YP records. To see this:
Open the Administration menu.
Click Roles.
Select the Role you wish to change.
Set the Shielding Mode option to Admin Override.
This will allow users with this role to override any Data Protection rules on YP records.
