When the LA has uploaded a test XML file to NCCIS, the user needs to download the NCCIS workbook from the NCCIS portal (CCIS Submission page) and check the errors.csv file within the zip file.
This will show any outstanding NCCIS errors that need to be resolved before the submission is marked live.
⚠️Important: If the NCCIS user did not encounter the same error with the Young Person Record in their local CCIS system, then they will need to log this issue with their software supplier.
