Create an account on the ideas portal
You need an account on the ideas portal before you can submit or vote for ideas. If you do not already have one, follow the steps below to create one.
Go to the Access Core+ ideas portal.
On the far right, click Log in or Sign up.
Enter your email address, then click Next.
Enter your first and last name, then click Sign up.
📌 Note: You will receive a verification email. Follow the link inside to complete your sign-up.
Explore the ideas portal
Once you are signed in, use the left-hand menu to find and manage ideas.
My ideas: Ideas you have submitted.
My votes: Ideas you have voted on.
My subscriptions: Ideas you have subscribed to.
Recently Released ideas: Ideas we have taken forward and launched in products.
Filter By Category: Select the relevant product and view ideas.
🤓 Tip: If you select one of the above topics, the Filter By Category reflects that topic. To return to the unfiltered view, click the Access logo at the top or the X on the topic.
Submit an idea
Follow the steps below to add an idea to the portal.
Sign in to the Access Core+ ideas portal.
Click + Create Idea, then select the relevant product.
Enter the details of your idea:
A clear name that is relevant to the idea.
A detailed description of what the new or improved feature does.
Any associated files to support your idea.
The organisation you work for.
A contact name.
Consent on whether we can contact you for more information.
Click Add Idea.
🤓 Tip: Use a clear, specific name for your idea so others can find and vote for it easily. For example, use 'Add a user role filter to reports' rather than 'Caroline's idea 2026'.
Vote for an idea
You can browse ideas submitted by other users and vote for the ones you would like to see developed. Follow the steps below.
Under Filter By Category, select the relevant product.
Find the idea you would like to vote for, then click Vote.
Unsubscribe from ideas
When you vote on an idea, you automatically subscribe to updates on the idea. If you'd like to stop receiving updates on the idea, follow the steps below:
Click My subscriptions, then select the relevant idea.
In the top right, click Subscribed.
