How do permanently delete after i have done a soft delete.
You can use a custom .ypl format text file in order to add young people to the Erase/Delete tool.
The format of the text/notepad file should include <YP/> on the very first line, and then have each YP reference on a separate line underneath. An example of how this might look would be;
<YP/>
Xxxx
Yyyy
Zzzz
Make sure this save as YPL file.
Go to Erase delete tool go to bookmark dropdown list upload the file.
Tick all Young persons record in selection criteria on the left.
Select Erase deleted only.
Select process button.
This should now be permanently deleted, I hope helps.
