Import a custom YPL file for the Erase/Delete Tool

You can use a custom .ypl format text file to add young people to the Erase/Delete tool.

The format of the text/notepad file should include <YP/> (Young Person) on the very first line, and then have each YP reference on a separate line underneath. An example of how this might look would be;


<YP/>
Xxxx
Yyyy
Zzzz

Once listed, you will then just need to ensure you save the file in .ypl format.

⚠️Important: Please bear in mind that this will not work with 1000+ records at a time, so limiting the total per YPL file to 999 records should allow you to import the file without issue.
