What is upgrade mode?
Upgrade mode allows users within specified roles the ability to log in to Core+ following an upgrade, but before all other users are able to log in.
This allows system administrators the opportunity to configure new functionality before opening the system to all users.
How do I update Core+ so multiple roles can bypass upgrade mode?
Please contact the Core+ support team by raising a new case online and referencing the title of this article.
Please provide the support team with the Group_ref value of the applicable roles that should be able to bypass upgrade mode.
The reference numbers can be obtained by following the steps below:
Click the Admin Tools menu set and then click the DBView menu.
Filter the table list to locate the table LU_GROUP.
Click on the table and then click the Data tab. Here you will see the Group_ref value as well as the Role Description.
