Version 8 of the YJB schema requires a new field (ProvisionType) to be included when returning a Young Persons ETE information. This must be available within the generated Youth Justice submission.
This means that the YJMIS XML will now include the local lookup description recorded for the ETE type, as well as the Provision Type the ETE description is linked to.
e.g.
ETE Lookup Description: School Year 10
The count type mapping of Provision Type has been replaced with a direct lookup mapping.
This means that rather than mapping a count type to enable this functionality, you can easily select which of the Provision type values the lookup value will be linked to directly within Lookups Admin.
This is available on the lookup editing screen in the following locations:
Administration, Lookups Admin, LU_DESTINATION
Administration, Lookups Admin, LU_YOT_LIFE_EVENT_TYPE
The location above depends on which field you are currently using on the ETE screen to record the ETE type (e.g. College).
This may need to be added to the Lookup Admin screen via the screen designer once you are within the individual lookup record. The new field is called Yap Ete Provision Type (YapEteProvisionTypeGLF). When selected, this will display all values available as an ETE Provision Type.
The lookup will also show which schema version values are valid from and to.
All lookup values without a valid_to_YJB_schema_version value are current and can be used for mapping. An example below shows those highlighted in green. There are more values available within the table than shown in the example below.
