You can register a new Core+ user on the Customer Success Portal by filling in this form.


It's possible to be added as a Super User account that will allow you to view all cases logged by support contacts within your organisation.

To request Super User permissions, please fill out our online form. Once this has been filled in, this request will be sent to the Support Community Team for processing.
