Upgrade Rollout Schedule 26.1

We’re pleased to confirm that upgrade scheduling is now underway, with confirmed dates expected to be issued from next week.

Rollout Approach

The upgrade will follow our standard phased rollout to ensure a smooth and controlled transition for all customers:

Hosted Environments

  • TEST/TRAIN environments
    Deployment is expected to begin within 2–3 weeks.

  • LIVE environments

    • For customers without a TEST/TRAIN environment: upgrades will begin immediately after the initial rollout starts.

    • For customers with a TEST/TRAIN environment: LIVE environments will typically be upgraded 2–3 weeks after their TEST/TRAIN upgrade.

On-Premise Environments

On-premise upgrades will be scheduled alongside the hosted rollout. Timing will vary depending on system size and dependencies.

Overall Timeline

The full rollout is anticipated to take approximately 2–3 months to complete across all environments.
