You can change Opportunity configuration options to modify the default behaviour of Core+ to meet your requirements. These are found in the administration menu.
Click Administration, then click Configuration.
Click the Opportunities tab.
⚠️Warning: Changing the configuration settings can have an impact on the users within your live Core+ system.
The following options are configurable:
Opportunity Auto Status: No Places | Select the status to which to automatically set the opportunity to when places offered have run out. |
Opportunity Auto Status: Filled | Select the status to which to automatically set the opportunity to when places offered have all been filled. |
Opportunity Auto Status: No Submissions | Select the status to which to automatically set the opportunity to when there are no submissions. |
Opportunity Auto Status: Closing date past | Select the status to which to automatically set the opportunity to when the closing date has passed. |
Opportunity Auto Status: Has Places | Select the status to which to automatically set the opportunity to when the dates are current, and places are available. |
