Report Schedule

This article explains how reports can be added to a schedule to be run at certain times.

Reports can be added to a schedule to run at a specified time.

  • Click View Report Schedule from the Reporting menu to view the reports that have been scheduled.

    • Depending on role permissions, you may only be able to view your reports.

  • Click the Disable icon to end a report schedule.

  • Click the Delete icon to remove the report.

  • Click the Edit icon to amend a Report Schedule, this will open the Scheduled Report page.

    • Select How Often the Report should be run from the Lookup Selection.

    • Enter the report Schedule Time.

    • Click the required Schedule Date from the drop-down list

    • Click Save to add the report to the queued reports.

If your system administrator has set the scheduling times, you will not be able to schedule reports outside of this.

⚠️Warning: If a user leaves, they may also leave behind reports that are scheduled, these reports will continue to run until the schedule record is deleted.
