This issue is a fairly common issue and should be resolved by restarting the Job Runner service on the server that the MI is running from.
What can I do if we are a hosted customer?

What can I do if we are an external customer?
If you are not hosted with us and have an IT team, this can be done by asking the IT team to access the server the MI is running on and restart the Job Runner Service.

The following steps should assist with this process:
Log in to the Server.
Use the search bar for Services.
Scroll through the list for Job Runner.
Stop the service and start it up again.
